How long does setup take?
Setup is guided step by step. The time depends on your device, and each guide states what is involved before you start.
How many devices can watch at the same time?
That is set by the number of connections you choose at checkout. Each connection allows one stream at a time.
What happens after I place an order?
Your activation details are sent by email along with a link to the setup guide for your device. The activation page walks through the same steps.
Is there a free trial?
A trial is planned. The exact terms, including length and what is required to start one, will be published on the free trial page before it goes live.
